Privacy and upload discretion
QuoteCrunch is an early beta tool for construction quote review. It is meant to be used carefully: upload or paste only the documents you are allowed to use with this service, and keep final review decisions with the estimator.
Plain-English safe-use rule
If you would not email the document to an outside software tool, do not upload it here. For beta testing, use synthetic, public, redacted, or permission-cleared documents whenever possible.
What you may provide
You may upload or paste quote-related documents so QuoteCrunch can organize review items, scope clarifications, terms to check, quote comparison notes, and vendor questions.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any document, quote, plan, specification, note, or pasted text you submit. If a document is confidential or controlled by an employer, customer, project owner, agency, vendor, or subcontractor, do not upload it unless you are authorized to do so.
How beta data is used
Submitted content is used to provide the quote review workflow and improve the beta experience. QuoteCrunch output is review support only. It does not replace estimator judgment, legal review, commercial review, or final bid decisions.
Confidential documents
Do not upload confidential, proprietary, employer-owned, client-restricted, classified, or legally sensitive documents unless you have permission to use them with this service.
