Early beta terms

Terms of use

QuoteCrunch is an early beta quote review tool from SpanGrade. These terms are written in plain English so beta users know what the product is for, what it is not for, and how to use it responsibly.

What QuoteCrunch does

QuoteCrunch helps organize subcontractor and supplier quote review. It can surface review items, scope clarifications, terms to check, quote comparison notes, and vendor questions so estimators can make a cleaner second pass before bid time.

What QuoteCrunch does not do

QuoteCrunch does not certify a quote, approve a bid, replace estimator judgment, provide legal advice, provide commercial advice, or guarantee pricing outcomes. Final scope, pricing, contract review, vendor communication, and bid decisions stay with the user and their organization.

Responsible beta use

Only upload or paste documents you are authorized to use with this service. Do not submit confidential, employer-owned, client-restricted, proprietary, classified, or legally sensitive materials unless you have permission. Redacted, synthetic, public, or permission-cleared documents are the best fit for early testing.

AI-assisted output

QuoteCrunch uses AI-assisted review. Output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked against the actual quote, plans, specifications, addenda, and project requirements. Treat results as a review aid, not as final bid direction.

Availability and changes

The beta may change, break, or be unavailable while the product is being improved. Features, wording, workflows, and limits may be adjusted based on feedback.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, contact SpanGrade before uploading sensitive documents or relying on a review result for a real bid decision.
